This guys literally saved me, when my kitchen became a mess because of drip. Actually my husband already tried to fix the problem, but it become even worth. That's why I can say, that I was lucky that pleasant lady from other end of phone line told me, that they have window that day at the 5 pm. Now, that my kitchen sink is in ideal shape, I know who I must call in such cases. Honestly, if there were more stars, I'd give them all.
If there were 6 stars they wold get them. We were in bad shape after our hot water heater died and caused significant water damage. Sami took incredible care, came right out and did a wonderful job hooking up temporary and permanent devices. Price was fair, and they're absolute professionals. I was recommended them from another plumbing company and it shows why. These guys are legit!
Fast response time. Professional plumbers came actually earlier than originally scheduled (they called first.) They didn't overcharge us, were conservative in services rendered and didn't push unnecessary services. Great clean up and the two plumbers that came worked very fast. The best plumbers in San Diego in my opinion!
Called to get a quote on installing new faucets I bought for my bathroom sinks and decided to schedule service. They actually had someone available that same afternoon. Abraham showed up on time, was friendly, respectful and explained the work involved. There was a problem with one of the bathroom's cut off valves, and he explained it thoroughly to me and got my approval to proceed. I feel the pricing was fair and I'm very happy with the work that was done. My new faucets look and work great! I will definitely be calling Courtesy Plumbing for my next plumbing job.
Lou, the superstar plumber, has done it again! I called Courtesy Plumbing the morning I noticed a leak near our water heaters and was assisted by a friendly woman who got me scheduled with Lou for the next morning. Lou arrived close to the beginning of the 10am-1pm window and was able to identify the pinhole leak very quickly. Unfortunately for us, the water heaters had been installed (not by Courtesy) without an important tank pressure canister and the pressure regulating valve thing was broken and we needed to have the piping rebuilt to resolve the leak and the two items installed. Fortunately for us, Lou is super knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and at a level a lay person can understand, and is great at what he does. Extra points for wearing shoe covers indoors at all times, cleaning up the mess left behind from the work, being super kind and providing information about the health of our water heaters. This is the second time we have used Courtesy Plumbing and have had Lou assist with our plumbing needs. Selfishly, I hope Lou never leaves Courtesy because I have found our plumber for life. If you are looking for a great Plumbing company that guarantees their work and doesn't employ creepy, dirty shoe wearing plumbers, look no further. Honest, super clean, helpful, very knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions! It's never enjoyable to write checks with a comma but it makes things easier when the experience is without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Lou (although I'm pretty sure all the employees are great) for all of your plumbing needs.
