" I had a fabulous experience with Joel S. at Courtesy Plumbing. He was prompt, professional and fair. I had a long list of items for him to repair and he worked hard all day to replace a water heater, toilet, showerhead, shower cartridge, perform a tankless water heater flush and do a general plumbing inspection so that I had peace of mind about some other items I was concerned about. I will definitely call Courtesy any time I have plumbing work to be done, they were great! I also want to mention that the office was easy to schedule with and provided me with an estimate within minutes of my request. Top notch service!

" Lou, the superstar plumber, has done it again! I called Courtesy Plumbing the morning I noticed a leak near our water heaters and was assisted by a friendly woman who got me scheduled with Lou for the next morning. Lou arrived close to the beginning of the 10am-1pm window and was able to identify the pinhole leak very quickly. Unfortunately for us, the water heaters had been installed (not by Courtesy) without an important tank pressure canister and the pressure regulating valve thing was broken and we needed to have the piping rebuilt to resolve the leak and the two items installed. Fortunately for us, Lou is super knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and at a level a lay person can understand, and is great at what he does. Extra points for wearing shoe covers indoors at all times, cleaning up the mess left behind from the work, being super kind and providing information about the health of our water heaters..........
